NEW GOVERNMENT GENERAL PRICE REVALUTION ON CYPRUS PROPERTIES 1.1.2018
For the purpose of ensuring a modern and uniform appraisal of immovable property located throughout the State controlled territory of the Republic of Cyprus, the Council of Ministers (as published in Part One of the Third Annex of the Official Gazette of the Republic of Cyprus No. 5163 and K. Dec. 190 / 31.05.2019) ordered the conduct of a New General Valuation at Prices 01.01.2018. These values are used only as a basis for taxation purposes.
Access to the properties of the properties that have been used for the New General Valuation at prices 1.1.2018, as well as to the new values, can be accessed through the MAP Navigation service.
Applications for CORRECTION OF GENERAL VALUATION ERRORS in real estate or GENERAL VALUATION ASSESSMENT attributes regarding the new values at prices 1.1.2018 can only be filed electronically through the ELECTRONIC REQUESTS service.
